José M. Padilla worked at top law firms out of Silicon Valley and New York City, and then worked at companies hiring top law firms.
While at law firms, he was frustrated that his speed and efficiency meant a lower chance to get a bonus based on billing more hours.
While in-house, he became frustrated at the lack of responsiveness and high rates of outside law firms.
Thus, he founded Padilla Law PLLC to provide top quality legal services efficiently and responsively.
